Our candidates are predominantly ex-military from the Army, Royal Navy or Royal Air Force (RAF). They are exceptionally well qualified, well trained, motivated and have a can-do attitude. For the majority it is never a case of saying no rather a case of working around or through any challenge to deliver results.

Our pool of ex-military candidates is unique and not always readily available to other consultancy’s. We interact with candidates in advance of their exit from the military (up to 12 months in advance) and can help them plan and manage their departure. A significant percentage of our applicants are commercially savvy and have been working in the commercial sector for a number of years. They combine a true commercial acumen with all the very best ex-military qualities.

We employ our RSM Approach to all our recruitment activity which can be either on a retained or contingent basis. Our retained service is discounted against our contingent service and can include, at the Clients’ discretion, both video interviewing and a battery of psychometric analysis at no extra cost (these services can be included in the contingent approach). We appreciate that your needs might extend to security cleared personnel. We work with many clients that require both permanent and contract staff who have SC, DV or other clearances – indeed many of our staff have held the highest security clearances themselves and have developed networks of similar candidates.
